Monarch provided an amazing experience! The plane was beautiful, Brenna was so helpful in communicating the flight details and checking in to make sure everything was handled. The pilot and plane crew were professional and got us to our destination smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Monarch and will be using them in the future!

Brenna, the travel agent was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. She even got us food for the flight which was truly appreciated.She even got us an Uber when we need a ride.She was very detailed when setting up our trip.She went above and beyond to assist us making this trip amazing.
The flight crew Jay and Danny were very professional putting safety first.The flight was smooth which helped my frail weak mother.They even assisted with the bags and my mother’s wheelchair.

The process was surprisingly smooth, thanks to Katrina Thompson, who guided me through every step. When I first arrived at the airport, I was taken aback by the exclusivity and convenience of flying privately compared to commercial flights, which made me and my family feel privileged and unique.

The aircraft was immaculate and well-equipped, providing comfort far exceeding my expectations, including for my beloved dog. The spacious cabin allowed for relaxation and enjoyment, with plush seating and the added privacy perk. I particularly enjoyed the freedom to customize my in-flight experience, from choosing my meal options, such as gourmet dishes or local specialties, to selecting a convenient airport.

The flight crew was not just professional but also friendly. They ensured all my needs were met throughout the journey, including providing the comfort my dog needed for her first flight. Their knowledge and warmth made us feel unique and valued, enhancing the overall experience. I appreciated the flexibility of the flight schedule, allowing me to arrive at my destination on my terms without the hassle of long security lines and layovers.
One downside was the cost, which was significantly higher than flying commercially—a point my wife reminded me of when I booked the plane. However, I felt it was worth the investment for its convenience, comfort, and personalized service. Overall, renting a private plane was a remarkable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to travel stress-free and in style. I can't wait to do it again!

Monarch was first class in every way and with just a couple communications Brian had everything lined up for us to travel from TX to ID. Plane was as advertised and pilots were friendly and professional. We will definitely be contacting Brian again on our next charter needs!

I recently used Monarch Air Group and was extremely impressed! When our departure airport closed due to weather, Brian and his team quickly arranged a driver to take my wife and I, our luggage, and our dog to an alternate airport arriving within an hour.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a fantastic crew and the plane looked brand new. The flight home was smooth and relaxing. Monarch Air Group truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them—five stars aren't enough!

5 stars all the way across….Plane was immaculate which unfortunately is not that common when chartering - no signs of wear and appeared as “new”. Communication before and during the trip was spot on and easy. Everything ran on time and without hassle. They have earned my future business!

We had a flight from Florida to Turks and Caicos. We had trouble getting to Florida and would have missed our flight with Monarch. They completely fixed everything for us and got us out the next day. The flight was perfect and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service! Great job!

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish with Monarch. My wife and I chartered a plane to fly an elderly relative from California to Colorado. We worked with Ryan at Monarch. He was excellent in every respect. He clearly explained our options, he was responsive—day and night and on weekends, polite, professional, and his verbal and written communications fully explained everything. The plane was beautiful and clean. The two pilots met us in the terminal and could not have been friendlier. They were outstanding. The flight itself was smooth as silk. All in all this was an excellent experience. We highly recommend Monarch.

Brian was absolutely amazing from start to finish..we had a unique situation. We have 4 dogs and we were to another country. Also, couldn’t book until we had a closing date. So within one 5 days… we were booked and ready to go! He answered all my questions and reassured me that our dogs would be okay! The plane was perfect..for us and 500lbs of luggage. Very comfortable, great AC for our French bulldogs! Drinks, snacks and a bathroom. Wonderful pilots and service!

What an outstanding experience. This was our first chartered flight and I definitely won’t be our last with this company. Everything was absolutely smooth and easy. From the organization, to the scheduling, to the booking, to the flight everything was fantastic. The communication was open and always available to answer any question that you had. Katrina was always there to help guide and give suggestions to what we might need. We were transporting our three big dogs from Colorado to Massachusetts and this was perfect. The flight was amazing. The catering was absolutely steakhouse quality, and there was more food than I could eat. Thank you so much, and I look forward to flying with you guys again.

We traveled through Monarch Air and had a great experience. Justin Naranjo helped us select the perfect jet, a Lear 60; for my husband, myself and our dog. He was professional and kept in good communication through the initial contact, to the flight date and after. I highly recommend and will use them again for chapter services.

Several FBOs in the area have been receiving random calls from a young man claiming to be with Monarch Air searching for services for clients. In the phishing process this man is extremely quick and rude and then proceeds to insult whomever attempts to help. Beware. Highly unstable.
