We have worked with Josh twice now to secure private flights for me and my family. Josh is friendly, always available to answer questions, and communicated clearly all details involved in the travel process.

I had a fabulous experience with Joey at Monarch Air start to finish. I told him what I wanted to pay for a last minute trip to The Masters, and while he couldn’t meet initially, I felt no pressure to pay more. We did come up with a solution to make it a round trip which was a win win for both of us. The pilot Will was fantastic too. He taught me a lot about flying, was on time, professional, calm, and very smooth take offs and landings. I would highly recommend Joey and Monarch Air, and will definitely use again for private aviation needs. Thank you !

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a private plane ride from Stuarf to Tampa. Now this wasn't just any trip. I was going to ask her to Marry me. So everything needed to be as close to prefect as possible. Jousha Smith took great care of us from start to finish. He met us at the airport with a very nice bottle of Champagne and made sure everything went well. The crew were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a private plane trip. Oh she said yes!!

It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. Arthur did a fantastic job of coordinating the entire trip. He stayed in constant contact with me and followed through on all requests. This was a once in a lifetime event for my wife and I, and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

They were very quick to respond and set up a flawless last minute flight including a team to help my elderly mother board the plane.

I made the arrangements but did not fly with them but was updated when the plane was in position for departure, when it took off and when it landed at it's destination.

The presentation of available aircraft and pricing were very straight forward.

On very short notice, Monarch Air Group stepped in to get the father of the bride from ATL to St Lucia in time for his last daughter's wedding, after the entire US Airport in Atlanta shut down, leaving him stranded. Thank you for the care you put into getting my dad to St. Lucia safely!

Monarch Air Group was fantastic. We were assigned Arthur Den as our single person of contact. He was available 24/7. He coordinated every aspect of the trip and was amazing. Our emergency situation was handled so perfectly. I am incredibly grateful.

Experience was an absolute nightmare. Made specific arrangements to fly private with an elderly parent who is ill. We wanted to avoid the hassle and waiting associated with delays. We even paid extra for a mobility lift. Our flight was delayed almost two hours and was lied to about the reason. First, mechanical issues was sighted, but the pilot ready to fly said that was untrue. Turns out it was because one of the two pilots “was sick,” despite getting a call to be sure we were en route to the airport on hour before we were schedule to board, with no mention of a sick or ailing pilot, nor any sign of a delay. The lift we paid for was not a mechanical lift, but EMTs, who were quite kind, but not experienced with that kind of service and it was extremely scary and uncomfortable for my father. Due to the delay, my father was in pain most of the trip. Every single person on the ground, involved with the flight was horrified and apologetic that this horrendous experience was happening to us, with zero efforts to make it right in any way. Instead, was told I was lucky we were able to get a flight with no extra charge. I would never, ever recommend this company. I will take this experience all the way to court before paying private jet fees for discount commercial service and treatment.

I am a private chef that works with UHNW individuals and VIP and I know how important is organisation in our job. Dealing with Air Monarch was a pleasure, and this is thanks to Tramy. She was an absolute star from start to finish of our collaboration. Thanks to her, I was always prompted notified about any important change and that made my life so easy. To say thanks for her professionalism, I gifted her client with some special extras from Italy that he enjoyed on his private jet. Luxury services start from the people who manages them and Tramy deserved even more than 5 stars.

Starting with making the reservation and all arrangements with Ryan. Everything accomplished in a very professional and timely fashion. The FBO's met all of our expctations and needs. The pilot's, flight attendants, and aircraft, all exceptional.

We booked with Alan, who was a friend to us and helped us get a flight fast. We'd describe our flight as a godsend. We flew from Florida to Michigan with my Mom and we'd all say it was the sweetest and most wonderful flight we've ever taken.
