This company is now part of EIC…

This company is now part of EIC Partnership. Readings from a meter have been estimated for over three years even when suppliers had changed, and I presume that this broker checks invoices or they say they do. I contacted them three times by email, and they do not have the decency to reply to my questions. The price they are charging is more than I pay as a household consumer. Supply is for communal lighting through a housing association. This issue is still ongoing. All they had to do was to explain the process and responsibility for reading the meter as that is all I wanted to know.

Monarch Partnership - secrative

Well the Managing Director is a charmer! I asked a simple question on price about my contract and he told me to get lost. The abiding feeling about this company is they are suspicious and secretive. My contact for electricity apparently has a secret price from a secret provider???

Contrast that with this from their website;

“Have you ever struggled with incorrect invoicing or worse, been charged for energy for sites or meters that aren’t yours?“

Apparently Monarch Partnership can fix that and save you money. I’m not sure how if they keep it all a secret and are gratuitously rude to customers. Where’s the transparency and engagement so prominent in the fluffy statements on their website? Why are they so desperate to not share what I pay for?
