It seems to be a scam company. They sell poor quality bags via drop shipping from China, and do not ensure returns and refunds. Although ensuring returns and refunds is an obligation under EU law, the company fails to make them possible. I wrote to them several times to ask for a return and they have never replied. Avoid.

Be careful it’s a scam. I ordered the Orah bag. The company does dropshipping from China and if you return the product (which is a legal right) they disappear and never refund customers. I have all the documents and proof.

Bedankt voor uw bericht en het delen van uw ervaring. Het is jammer om te horen dat u niet tevreden bent over het verloop van uw retour.
Wij willen graag duidelijk maken dat de retourzending niet door ons is ontvangen, ondanks dat er wordt aangegeven dat dit wel het geval zou zijn. Zonder ontvangst kunnen wij helaas geen terugbetaling verwerken. Dit is standaardprocedure binnen onze retour- en consumentenrichtlijnen.
Op dit moment ligt de kwestie bij de betaalprovider, waar vanuit Mónare de benodigde procedures zijn gevolgd en alle informatie is aangeleverd. Wij wachten hun beoordeling af en handelen volledig volgens hun richtlijnen.
Wij vinden het oprecht vervelend dat deze situatie zo is gelopen. Zodra de retourzending daadwerkelijk bij ons binnenkomt, verwerken wij uiteraard direct de terugbetaling zoals beloofd.
Mocht u nog aanvullende informatie hebben over de zending, dan helpen wij u graag verder.
