I ordered a Monday Swimwear bikini for the first time about a week ago to bring on my honeymoon and it was so incredible, I overnighted 4 more! They are all 15/10! Just enough coverage in the bottoms and tops. My favorite combo is the Bronte bottoms and Morocco top! But the Byron bottoms are also incredible. They’re a bit cheeky and sexy (love that they also offer a range of cuts/styles!) but don’t leave you spilling out or feeling too exposed, which is my main issue with other swimwear brands lately. The material is also head and shoulders above other popular swimwear brands. Every Monday swimsuit feels thick, well-lined, and worth the investment! Like it won’t fall apart or get dingy after a couple of wears. Sure, they are on the pricey side, but if a product is noticeably higher quality than the competition and it LASTS, I think it’s worth a few extra bucks. It also looks incredible on: flattering, vibrant colors, quality stitching- it LOOKS expensive and flattering. I feel so confident that I immediately returned every other swimsuit I purchased this month from other brands and bought 4 more Monday swimwear bikinis! Last, the customer service and shipment promises DELIVER- literally. I was on a major time crunch and overnighted 2 orders. While many brands offer expedited shipping, I find few offer overnight and regardless they take 2-3 days to “process” the order, so you usually don’t receive it within the expedited shipping time. Not Monday swimwear! Processed and shipped within a few hours and delivered the next day! The peace of mind that brings after you pay for expedited shipping is a huge plus for me. Overall, huge fan of Monday Swimwear and will be singing their praises!

Worthless. I paid for expedited shipping 9 days before I left for a trip to ensure my order would arrive on time. They took way too long to ship the order so I ended up not having the items before I left. They specifically state on their website, "Any US expedited order placed after 12:30 PM will be fulfilled on the next business day." This was definitely not the case for me, and left ne extremely disappointed. To prevent this from happening in the future, I would suggest clarifying the processing speed of expedited orders. Don't trust this company, as they clearly don't care about keeping their promises.

I love Monday Swimwear! Not only are their swimsuits 10/10 quality but their customer service is too! I reached out about an order I needed to return and the team got back to me right away, and were extremely helpful and understanding. 🫶🏽💗

The return policy is honestly one of the worst I’ve come across in Europe. It feels very unfair to customers and not aligned with what most people expect when shopping online today.
The swimsuits are also heavily overpriced for what you actually receive. If a brand positions itself on the luxury side, then offering a proper, customer friendly return policy including free returns should be a basic standard.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing. Between the pricing and the return process, it’s hard to justify ordering again. Definitely not what I expected from a so-called premium brand.

This is a purchase you will not regret. From the beautiful styles, to the quality, and customer service. All are A+. I receive compliments any time I wear anything from MS. I love the marketing and being able to see videos of the different stylings on real people. Shipping is quick, always packed with care and in sturdy packaging. Returns and exchanges couldn't be easier, and customer services is quick to respond and resolve any snags or questions. Couldn't recommend more.

So prompt with responding to inquires or updates. And every piece I have received is the best quality !

Very disappointed with the quality after only 2 wears. I bought the crinkle suit and it is now noticeably discoloured. Not fit for purpose and definitely not worth the high price. I've had other swimsuits last 5+ years from other companies.

Note that Monday "Swimwear" being in the name and acknowledgment of discolouration "over time". I did raise that I do not think that covers only 2 wears and as such is not fit for purpose. Despite raising this I was only offered 50% off the next purchase rather than a refund or replacement.

I was initially disappointed as an item was missing from my order when it arrived. However, after contacting customer service, they responded quickly, were understanding, and arranged a replacement without any hassle.

Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company resolves them that matters. I’m very pleased with the customer service I received and appreciate how efficiently the issue was handled

Monday swimwear made a mistake and only sent half my order, their customer service was amazing and responded the next day, sending out the rest of my order with tracking. The shipment arrived promptly within a few days.

Monday Swimwear is the best swimwear brand I have come across. I have an athletic, thicker build and it took me some tries to figure out sizing but I am telling you, the quality of MS and the amazing customer service that I have received is unmatched. This brand does care about their customers and their bathing suits are just chefs kiss. I get so many compliments every where I go when I wear Monday Swim. I truly could not be happier!

I love the crinkle swimsuits and have purchased two of them. However, the first stretched out like crazy and the second, which I only wore twice, got extremely discolored after swimming in it. I reviewed their website and it states: “Substances such as sun cream, tanning cream, and chlorine, as well as hot tubs, steam rooms, and saunas, can cause discoloration and extreme damage to swimwear fabric, so we recommend being cautious about these external factors when wearing your suits.” In what world does one buy a swimsuit and not plan to wear it in a swimming pool, and/or wear it outside in the heat without sunscreen? Clearly this is on me; however, I will never (unfortunately, because I love the fit and look) buy another suit from Monday again.

Worst international return policy I’ve ever seen. Don’t buy unless 100% sure it fits. Return is more expensive than buying. Shame since they are pretty otherwise

I placed a large order, around 12 items, and one was missing. I sent an email and within an hour, I had a response with an apology and request to resend out that item. I am also very surprised at the amazing quality of the bathing suits and the activewear. The price is definitely high but for that special situation, this is the place to go! The only reason it is a four star is for forgetting the bathing suit top in the first place, but the way they handled it was phenomenal

I have 4 bikinis and resort wear from Monday Swimwear and I am SO pleased with the quality. My favourite swimwear brand. So fun, sexy, and comfortable. I highly recommend. The selection they have is fabulous and the description and sizing on their website is true to size. I am so grateful! Customer service is so helpful if you have any additional questions.

Spent $500 with this company and it was the most regrettable purchase I ever made. They don’t care about their customers and their customer service is awful. Paid for overnight shipping on Tuesday, I reached out on Thursday because it had not even been dropped off to the shipping provider yet. They lied and said it had been dropped off, so I spent hours on the phone with UPS trying to locate it, as well as get an ETA as I had an important trip coming up. Monday knew I only had 2 bathing suits due to my bag being lost at an airport with all my bikinis in it (and neither fit well). They ignored my requests when trying to find solutions. My package BARELY made it in time and everything was poor quality. I would return if I had the option, but these are my only swimsuit options for my trip. If they’d been delivered overnight, like I paid for, then I would have had time to return them and find other options. Don’t purchase here

They Charge for your return from the uk refund you via dollers not pounds - im a small ordered a medium for my boobs, and popped it on and i heard a thread rip - not ok. Quality is not good for the price you are paying - reallly upset. I wanted to get it for my wedding bikini for the wedding in italy - unfortunately its not good enough - for the price you pay the return should be free 200 pounds a bikini is crazy

This company blew me away for so many reasons! I’ve ordered many bikinis from them and the quality is absolutely incredible! Which is also why I’ve been exclusively buying from Monday swimwear. My last order unfortunately had one item missing and all I had to go on was my word. I immediately contacted the shipping company and by no surprise they never responded. Then I emailed Monday Swimwear’s customer support and within minutes I received a reply, they had a few questions and when all was said and done, they told me that they would send me the replacement which they did. I am beyond impressed by the excellent customer service they provide and will continue purchasing from them.
