We were very satisfied with the two top-of-the-range bar stools, even if we had to wait over 3 weeks for our order to arrive. We were kept informed of the delay, so communication was good.

I was disappointed that I received an email to say the product would be "delivered tomorrow, " then looked closer and saw that deliveries do not take place on a weekend. Surely Saturday would be the day of choice for delivery for most people. Also I appreciate that France is a lot larger than the UK but I always get a bit envious when I see "next day delivery" on the UK website but its 2 to 5 days here in France. However the parcel was signed for by my neighbour and all is good. I also received excellent after sales treatment when my first order proved to be too big for my space. All entirely my fault but a refund was given when I returned my product, albeit I had go get it to the UK. All the staff both here in France and the UK that dealt with problem were absolutely brilliant so for that reason alone I would recommend monde de tabouret or Atlantic shopping without hesitation.

I placed my order on Thursday and the product was delivered Saturday, within 3 days and from England. Very happy with the product, great quality and fantastic delivery schedule.

Good website here in France which can be easily changed to English. Goods arrived in 2 days from the UK and the instructions were easy to follow. Just waiting for our breakfast bar to be built tomorrow so we can sit down again!! Well Done.

We are delighted with the 4 stools we ordered (breakfast, faux-cuir, brushed stainless steel), they are extremely comfortable with good back support and well padded under-seat. Very stable, and well made: no play in the joints. And easy to assemble, our 13-year old daughter did them all in around one-half hour. The free delivery from UK to Belgium took 2 days, with choice of delivery time. Not much more to say, we are perfectly satisfied with product and service.
