Outstanding service!
I had a mistake in my address and the chatbot immediately found out what it was and automatically escalated it to an actual person and the next day I had the updated certificate. I wish all companies had this level of service. The price for the insurance was great as well for my 88 year old mother. Fully recommend!

Mondialcare was the only insurance that insured elderly people
Mondialcare was the only insurance company I could find that insures people over 80 years old.
My mother is in France and while she's waiting for her carte vitale to be approve, she needed to have insurance to renew her carte de sejour here in France.
Customer service was fantastic. I asked more than a few questions and every time, it was answered prompt, politely and easy to understand.
We will definitely, talk to them again when is time to look for a mutuelle de santé.

Service is nice
Service is nice. All things are good with mondialcare, but the only pity thing was I couldn’t change the contract end date which I have given more than 90 days which costed 200 euro, and I want to reduce it to less than 90 days which costs 140 euro. Once you made the contract that’s it.
