I got a medical travel insurance to Portugal
I got a medical travel insurance to travel to the Schengen area and also to support my visa application. The whole process was swift, and contacting Mondialcare for questions was nothing short of assuring. Unfortunately for me, my visa got denied. For that, I wasn't able to use the travel medical insurance. I contacted them for a refund and proof of rejection was demanded which I provided and after deliberating my refund was issued.
It didn't take long, the amount minus €25 administration cost was visible in my account. Now, some insurance companies don't refund or may never respond but Modialcare is different. I will be using them if I want to visit Europe in the future. I recommend them.

I purchased my policies less than 24 hours ago, and of course (because me, it's me, I'm the problem) I made at least two mistakes while purchasing. I quickly found an email address, reached out (in English), and happily got a response with resolution by the time I woke up! I cannot imagine that response from my other, current insurance companies. Thank you!

A problem to solve
We really like your company and your service but the process to book insurance for each trip is a bit of headache because... the IT system needs improving.
Today it took me 40 minutes and I work on computers and book other services without these problems, at other firms. Today, I put in the dates for the trip me and wife from Spain to USA.... Sept. 3 to Sept 16 and your computer said ok, the dates are Sept 2 to 17. And this went for a while. I logged and logged in and finally got the dates in your computer to be correct. Then I put in the names of the 2 insured, my self and my wife, and clicked to the next page and the "put in names" page said there are no names, put in the names. So I had to this a few times, and log in and out, until that was correct. Then when I get to to payment page, after clicked ok to your terms, etc... our names as the insured are not longer there. I click on edit and the names are there, but for the final page, the names aren't there. This has happened repeatedly as we book insurance. I will repeat. I work on computers and log in to countless other places where I book something, pay something, etc. May I humbly suggest, again, that your IT people review what is going wrong, with a process that should be very simple, and maybe 10 minutes at most.
