I have been dealing with MM for quite some time, made deposits and had deposits returned, and they were not small amounts. They have followed through with all commitments completely. I was very skeptical at first because this kind of investment was completely new to me and untested, but Jay and Matt were honest and helpful. I highly recommend MM to anyone seeking an alternative to buy and hold waiting for the market to increase. Five star company. RSM DDS

The talks of Keith Weiner showed his thorough knowledge and understanding of seemingly complex economic scenarios led to my confidence in investing with MM.

When requesting follow up via email the team was responsive. The process to create the account was simple and customer service did address all my questions at that time. When I wanted to make a withdrawal, the process was simple just took time due to the company's holidays which is expected as it was in December.

Joining Monetary Metals entailed facilitating the transfer of metals that I had stored in multiple locations. Monetary Metals supplied detailed instructions for accomplishing the transfers in a very professional manner.

The staff helped answer all of my questions going in and the process was very easy. I prefer getting paid lease rates instead of paying storage fees!

Have had an extremely positive experience. Easy to use and love earning interest on my PMs!

Setting up the account was simple and the staff was very helpful. I have a regular purchase set up and the prices they have gotten me are very close to spot, so that is good.
My only concern right now is that I requested a 1 oz withdrawal on December 12, 2025 and am still waiting for the coin. It seems to me they should have some gold on hand to accommodate small withdrawals like this in a more timely fashion.

Unfortunately too rich for this guys wallet. I had 15k to play with, however you need 30k to enter. So no deal for me.

I very much like getting a return on precious metals without storage fees.
At the same time I would like to see Monetary Metals (MM) tweak their website and company to improve the customer experience, as indicated by the following comments.
= The withdrawal process for MM is cumbersome, involving sending an initial email, filling out a form, uploading the form and waiting a couple of weeks for deposit or delivery. They promise the process will be completely online in future, but provide no timeline.
= MM offers no guidance on how taxes are handled, whether with annual interest reported on Form 1099 or capital gains or loss upon sale of metal. This is important because MM is unique in the precious metals space for generating interest. Providing an FAQ on this topic would be most helpful.
= There is a reference somewhere on their website to platinum but it appears they only offer gold and silver at present.
= MM provides little or no info/assistance on advanced strategies for managing your account. For example, how to manage account so that some metal is set aside for sale in future and not automatically hoovered up into leases? There ought to a way to configure this. How to configure account to automatically opt out of leases below a certain percentage? Not possible at present.
= Monthly statements take two or three weeks to become available after end of the month. This compares with a couple of days for brokerage statements.

This site provides daily up to the minute information with useful analysis of the consequences on a subject ignored by most people.

I only wish I’d invested more! Easy process and easy to check on account and great recording of account.

Making money

Overall a positive experience. Perhaps as we move towards a gold economy you might incorporate gold cash. Just like glint, then I could buy assets and invest in gold in one step. Just a thought perhaps leaving a box that says invest 99% into gold while keeping 1% available for purchases. That way I don’t have to invest in two houses just one. Make it easier on the consumers.
