Absolutely pathetic company, completely a massive scam…. Don’t trust them …!!!
I’ve been try to withdraw funds for 3 weeks now and keep getting the f….k off story.
Never AGAIN.
They ask you to deposit more money to realise funds ???? What a con .

This is a good place to learn how to trade in the market. The analyst who is guiding my experience is knowledgeable sensible and patient. From knowing little to begin with, I am already getting a much clearer picture.
Like when we learn how to swim, we know there are risks associated with the activity.
I believe the guidance I am receiving will help me execute my trades with confidence, and more importantly, make me money!

Here's my update from 26/6/2024. Well, still waiting for my money to be refunded.
I spoke to my bank and apparently Monetio used an old outdated way to credit my account, so they couldn't action my refund. Was this on purpose?
It seems very suspicious, they are going through the motions but still holding on to my money.
A very difficult company to deal with, be very careful before you have any dealings with them. I still feel that I have been scammed out of my money and will probably never see it again.

This whole website is a total scam, it was my mum who fell for this crap so I'll write a review here to warn anyone, please don't give your details to this company! As you can see from other reviews the company isn't legit and doesn't do anything except manipulate you into giving them more and more money. If you are thinking of giving them your money I urge you to read the other reviews and look at peoples experience, this company is disgusting.

i have deposited 250pound but have as yet not started to trade please can you help

I invested a minimal amount which with guidance was invested. I decided this wasn't for me and asked for my account to be terminated. This was done with the help of Daniel and the balance of my money was returned to my bank. This is no way a reflection on Monetio. They are very trust worthy and honest.

After many weeks I was finally able to come to a happy solution regarding the issues with the business

I decided to invest the smallest amount and try out the experience with this company. However, I realised it was more than I had anticipated and did not want to go ahead with it and wanted a full refund. I spoke at length with Eric my account manager, who could not have been more helpful. Eric showed integrity and his aim to respond to his client’s needs/wants with an extremely established client focused customer service. Eric accepted my request and advised he will expedite my refund. I received an email this morning confirming my refund is being processed. If you do have a bit more about you and take on this experience with this company, then you can do no better than have Eric as your account manager.

Total SCAM
Been trying to get my money out for over a month keep getting the same email response of not enough funds in my account.

Had a call from a so called manager asking me why I wanted my money out told him that I was unsatisfied with the service I had received but all he kept saying was let me try and fix it and if I put more money into my account he would personally help me make money.

So PLEASE DON’T INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY YOU’LL NOT SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN !!!!!!!

I have never traded on any market before and was interested to try it , then tried to.back out. My Account development executive Alexis Besso was very convincing and pursuaded me to give it a go. She's been very patient with me and makes me laugh. I enjoy our sessions very much even though we are dealing with tiny amounts of money . Alexis explains everything really well and I've even.made a little profit !!

The person who is assisting me is very patient with me & tries to explain everything I need to know. I feel very comfortable working with you.

UPDATE: BEWARE!

I'm updating my review after 3+ months of involving myself with Monetio. Martin, my success manager started as a caring and supportive guy in the first month after luring me into investing all my savings as well as pushing and guiding me into applying for loans to different banks and companies. Even with the knowledge that I'm a novice in trading ( my first time), he said I should trust him, which I did.
Thank God that all other banks and companies I applied for loans rejected my applications except my bank which granted it. Imagine the amount of interests I would've been paying those banks & companies if they have granted my applications.
I'm currently paying for the interest of the loan I borrowed from my bank, and I've not made even $1 profit since June, 2024.
Ever since my whole money (£26,327) was deposited into this company, my success manager started acting funny. He suddenly becomes so busy and unreachable for so many weeks.
When I wrote to the customer service requesting for a change of a success manager, Martin suddenly called to inform me that he's aware that I requested for a change of success manager, and if that's what I want, I should go ahead. After that, he disappeared and never contacted me till date.
I've sent several emails to customer service requesting a refund of my money as I've not made a dime in profit for more than 3 months I started trading with them.
All I've been receiving from customer service are automated responses referring me back to my unreachable success manager, and the promise that somebody will speak with me as soon as possible. Nothing has happened till now.
I'll come back for another update when this issue is resolved.
Until then, think twice before investing your money with this company to avoid experiencing what I'm experiencing right now. 3rd September, 2024.

HORRIBLE!

SCAMMERS DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY VERY INSULTING AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK !!!!

SCAM - even after assurances that your savings account is ring fenced, they give you trading credit for your second account (trading). The savings funds are then moved across and absorbed into the trading account with no warning or permission. They keep asking for MORE funds to be deposited to release the funds that you have already made, into what you believe is a secure and accredited website. No emails, just whatsapp and voice calls which is conflicting, and deceitful. Supervisor/ manager didn't care what had been said/ sold at the beginning. Awaiting a response from customer services.

UPDATE from response - I have emailed you with my concerns and you have directed me back to my account manager. Little more to say other than replace the significant sums that I paid into my SAVINGS account.

I’ve been shown and have had an excellent experience so far I am a complete beginner in trading and found the experience very rewarding.

This fake site is mental stress for everyone whoever wanted to try this , as of now i have been trying to chase them in so many channels , they are just useless and they show you all the graphics on dashboard .. all fraud magic .. BE AWARE !!!!!
