Please note that this communication contains important information with regards to our relationship with you, by which we provide you with certain regulated payment services.
We regret to inform you that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has, with our agreement, imposed restrictions on our business. These can be found in Monevium Ltd's FCA public registry entry.
While all parts of the undertakings agreed are important, you will note that we are not permitted, apart from with the consent of the FCA, to undertake any transactions in respect of client money, which is money we hold on your behalf, to effect payment transactions in accordance with your instructions.
We appreciate that this may cause you some concern. But please note, we are working with the FCA on an urgent basis to ensure that we can return funds to you as soon as possible and we will provide a further email update when this goes ahead.

My account was closed on January 13, 2024. With €1869.66 in my bank account.
On March 4, 2024, the above message was sent to me. They then asked me to send my account number and a bank statement in my name from another bank, to pay my money.
I did this twice, and there was total silence.
I send them a message to find out when they're going to transfer my money, but they don't reply and pretend not to read my messages.
I want to know when Monevium going to pay me my money? It will soon be 1 year that my money is blocked with you.

They asked me to wait a month
They asked me to wait a month, then 2 months until a supposed statement came out. What matters is that 6 months have passed and this company continues to withhold my money without any additional justification.Support says it is online but they don't respond, they blocked my account and access to it, despite the statement saying that I can regain access to the account by talking to support. But how can I do this if support is inactive and they no longer even respond to emails for over 3 months.
Dont use
Dont use! Block my account. Provide all documents say support takes maximum 1 month,but already gone 2 months. And on email answering same every time. Dont use stole your money and block your account.
Fraud/scam. Can’t withdraw or transfer funds.
This company blocked all incoming and outgoing transfers without any prior notice or explanation. When asking for the reason, they can’t provide any relevant explanation or terms when transfers will live again. I have sent a deposit which was frozen for almost a month and now funds are stuck with no possibility to withdraw or transfer. Avoid this company

The customer service is great. I know that the project is still very young and from time to time some issues and bugs can appear, but from my point of view, guys are dealing with this really good, caring for their clients and making our lives easier - what can be more satisfying for me as a customer than knowing that i'm in good hands?
