You don’t reply to scheduled calls , you sign people up and don’t listen to messages over the phone. My wife got an email saying goodbye to NIB , we never gave approval for Bupa. I was waiting on the phone with Bupa for at least 30 minutes- sick of the ads

I was looking at changing health funds…
I was looking at changing health funds and previously I’ve been told that they couldn’t match the deal I was currently getting.
They found a better match for me, only $12 a month cheaper but the extras were double to triple to what I was getting now.
So I switched

I saved a lot transferring to another health fund on their advice. Will check with them from time to time to make sure I pay the lowest rate possible.

Misled, false information, poor communication
Nick told me that changing my health insurance would give me better cover and 8 weeks free. I agreed to this. When I contacted him a few days later to tell him that the company's website offered 12 weeks free, he said he'd get back to me regarding the 12 weeks off. But he didn't! I contacted NIB and they had no record of any free weeks for me. I feel I've been conned and inconvenienced. I've cancelled the new policy and gone back to my original health insurance company getting 18 weeks off.
