Ostrzegam przed niedoskonałością…

Ostrzegam przed niedoskonałością trackingu w programie Money2Money.
Założyłem konto firmowe w Pekao z linku M2M, spełniłem wszystkie warunki kampanii, mam umowę i pełną zgodność dat, a mimo to prowizja 500 zł nie została naliczona (ID 19838729).

W regulaminie jasno wskazano w §13/§14, że wynagrodzenie należy się po wystąpieniu zdarzenia, o ile nie było naruszeń – w moim przypadku ich nie było.

Złożyłem reklamację z kompletem dokumentów i oczekuję jej uznania.
Rekomendacja: archiwizujcie każdy krok i dokładnie kontrolujcie rozliczenia, bo system potrafi „zgubić” poprawne wnioski.
