I have used M4M several times now and their service is fantastic. They always turn around the transaction within a couple of days, maximum and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Don't understand the technology they're dealing with. They thought a minor scratch on the lens cover panel was a damaged lens; just repeated their diagnosis when corrected. Go elsewhere.

Refused a £150 phone because of a missing USB charger cover, which can be obtained and replaced for £4. Charged £11 for the "admin fees" and shipping to return the phone, wasting both my time and money. Avoid and go somewhere else.

Phone sent prepaid packaging. Quick payment. No issues at all. Thanks.

Great service, I have used twice, once for a iPhone and once for a old ipad, both times I received the quoted price and was paid very quickly.

Quick and efficient

The price they quoted on the website was the price paid. This was in my bank account within 48hrs of the company receiving the phone. Ive learned time is of the essence because within a week of my first quote the price went down by £10!
I will use this company again. Regular emails keep you up to date with progress. I had to call them because the return envelope didn't have the postage paid address label on it. Courteous service and another envelope arrived the following day.

I was amazed to find how easy this process was not only was it a great price for my phone it all happen within a couple of days. I am always a bit concerned about doing things online as worried of getting ripped off i.e we never received it/it was faulty but no nothing but fabulous service thank you so much. Only thing I could fault is the address I received as a free post address wasn't free and I had to pay postage.

Really impressed with Money4Machines. Everything was so quick and easy, and they offered (and, more importantly, paid) the best price for my old devices. Highly recommend them.

When I first went on the website and typed in my phone to see what I would be offered, the offer was £190. I thought this was a good price so I went ahead. The pack come through for me to send my phone off. I received an email saying that the test was successful and I will receive the money I was originally offered. On looking at my PayPal account I had only received £140. Which wasn't a fair representation of what I thought my phone to be worth
