Poor customer service
As a new customer I'm already regretting joining Moneybox. Currently stuck unsure if I've maxed out my ISA allowance or not and getting no response from their customer service, the AI chat information is conflicting with the information on the app. Tried to contact them, it's been a day and still had no response. Considering they hold people's money you'd think a prompt response to queries would be a given!
Their lack of response will probably cost me in the long run , I'll look to use another provider for the next financial year.

I transferred my existing cash isa into the Moneybox cash isa account in a matter of minutes, this was so easy and straightforward, I’m not very tech savvy but this was surprisingly very easy and quick. My wife watched me and then transferred all of hers, In no time at all the money was shown in both our accounts.
