Very efficient process from 1st enquiry to receipt of terminal. Thank you Carl.
Called Saturday (1st time). Spoke with Carl. Messages received in the interim between order and delivery advising delivery date and time. Machine arrived in hour stated, happily received today.
Terminal malfunctioned but Carl contacted Dojo customer services. Very nice gentleman call Jonathan called within minutes. Uploaded a system update. I rebooted the terminal and voilà. Fully functional.
3 months no charges/ explained future Monthly Costs including the Minimum monthly payment. 1 4% payable for each transaction.
Carl is an interesting self starter. Will be availing myself of his expertise in sourcing the best costs for gas and electricity next...
Will definitely be recommending his services.

Karl was very polite and friendly, he gave me good honest advice. The aftercare is also great, nothing is too much of a problem and he has even replied to me on a Sunday, which I’m sure is out of his working hours. Highly recommend and have recommend his services. So much I’ve got a second machine for my other business

Rochelles crafts - amazing card machine, I am very happy with the money control service's also the way you hold the machine for use from setting it up to using it, it is amazing I have had no problems definitely a great machine, no need for my own personal wifi as the machine already has it, it works fast so you won't have to worry about waiting for the machine to load your customer's won't wait long to pay. I would highly recommend using money control service's.
