Easy Investing

Good advisors who have helped guide my investing strategy to make the most for my future retirement goals.

Low fees and a calm “stick to the plan” practice for portfolio decision making has helped me grow my investments more than I expected possible.

Confident in good hands

I have an ISA I’m very happy with the performance, it’s so easy to check progress, add funds etc .
I’m in process at the moment of transferring a couple of pensions . Feel confident I’m in good hands.

10 star service

Fantastic service spoke to a manager their gave me some excellent advice. About services moving forward with different options. I would like to give more then 5 stars. The team at profile pension are fantastic, please use these guys if you need to invest money you are in save hands and you will be well good after.

Awful

Awful ! need to notify a bereavement and i have called everyday and no one will call me back. every day for over a week. they are aware this is holding up probabte and do not care. Now having to report to the Ombudsman. Never would i recommend this company.

The platform was good but bad customer service

The platform itself was good but when I requested for a transfer to another platform, which should be a very normal thing for them to deal with, they sent me an email asking for confirmation of transfer. I responded to this email a day later and it's been 3 weeks and the transfer hasn't been done and they haven't responded to any of my emails either. Someone called Nazish Saghir emailed me originally and have ignored all my responses. I put my original transfer request on 29th October (now 28th Nov) so I'm disappointed that their slowness has cost me a chunk of money.

A good platform to use and easy to understand.

Truthfully, I have not been with the platform long. From what I have experienced so far has been very positive. Easy to use, navigate and understand. I received a call from a wealth manager called Max and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in explaining my options and potential strategies to consider. Absolutely no pressure to choose either option, but just a very engaging and eye opening chat. A positive experience so far and hopefully will carry on that way over time.
