My like this company

I've expressed my opinion in previous question.
I don't agree with being charged a 7.98 fee each time I request a 100.00 Give me the option of selecting more than a hundred at a time, and charge the fee only once.
I don't completely understand the tipping ...we are already getting charged for the initial request .

This app is honestly amazing

This is my second review of this dishonest company. I told them not to take the repayment out of my checking account by email and chat well in advance. They did anyways and my checking account has been negative $500. Them taking the full amount out at once also violates their own repayment policy.

Oh they responded after my first bad review promising to take care of everything. LIES! Now they are asking if it was really them that took that money out! Yes, and I sent them screenshots of my bank statements showing proof of it and my negative balance. I have also sent them a copy of their own repayment policy.

Very reliable service !! Fast and quick

I have been using this service for years and their automated system all of a sudden got confused on when my direct deposits hit even though its every 2 weeks like always. I asked for them to move my instacash repayment to match back up and they let me know i will be penalized for that, doesn't matter to them if you have been a loyal customer. Do not use them. This was also after being disconnected 7 times by 7 agents in chat. EDIT to response: I never heard back from anyone at Moneylion at all. Unable to change review.

This place is a joke. I waited 1 hour and 10 to speak to the fraud dept and when I finally did she didn’t email me like she was going to do so I could send a police report on fraud. I don’t recommend they have let a fraudster create an account for my mom. It’s been 10 working days sense I have heard back. Don’t use this company.

Easy to navigate and they do what they say

A $500 so called refund was taken out of my Moneylion account on May 13th, 2026. That so called refund sent that account into a negative $440 balance immediately. Said refund was not returned to me in any form whether it be credited back to my financial institution or a check. I have sent bank statements for the last 2 months showing the refund has not been sent or deposited into my bank. All correspondences have been through E-mails since calling the posted phone numbers do not work. The standard numbers are phone banks only take information note complaints but offer no remedy. Even a request to speak to a supervisor is ignored. Even when assured that a supervisor will return a call is given none are followed up on.
