I also spent $7,000 to sign up for a lifetime membership and Tom's Trading Alerts program that I signed up for a Lifetime got sold off or changed and He put me into a system that I didn't ask for or want.....so I would be very thoughtful and trust your feelings about Tom Gentile not having Integrity and practicing shady Practices with his clients. Buyer Beware!!!

Moneymap press marketed heavily about the services offered. After I signed up (at high cost) all of the services disappeared, magically. I got SOLD to other companies that I did not choose. This is a big rip off! Be careful they changed their name to GULFPORT ANALYTICS. Stay away, they will burn you.

Oh my, it looks like MMP has lost almost all of its so-called "expert" advisors. At least half a dozen (probably more) are no longer found on the site, their services have disappeared, and they are now down to only a few survivors. Wonder if the same dishonesty with which MMP treats its customers also caused those rats to leave the sinking ship, too? Gabe doesn't seem to want to explain.

I've politely asked Money Map Press via email to delete my account, and each time they avoid the subject and respond tangentially, ensuring they keep my account on record.

7 polite emails requesting them to delete my account and still they refuse do so and refuse to reply to my emails.

These people are not capable of doing any thing to help getting singed up. If you call customer service you get someone outside of the us. It has been over a week and no progress.

Gabe was friendly and professional. He helped me with my problem quickly and resolved it. I am definitely pleased with his performance.

Griffith was totally on top of my question and very pleasant.

Had issue with logging into a site from an email. Called Customer Service and spoke with Griffith. He was absolutely awesome!! He was able to help me, and I was able to get to the video I was trying to view.

Josh was a real help, their customer service was great, easy to get ahold of, very professional, and extremely helpful.

I already answered: his answers were concise and precise, including instructions on accurate insttuctions on how to resolve my issue. The instrucdtion worked; the issue is resolved. He was also very polite, patient, pleasant, and articulate.

My experience with Joshua in customer service was very helpful, pleasant, & he took his time. Much appreciated.

Griffith was very helpful to me as a new subscriber. He walked me through the process to access my subscriptions and reports.

Josh was able to answer my questions about my subscription. I was not sure if it was still valid and made an attempt to sign up again. He was able to confirm my subscription was valid and sent me an email to make sure I could access to the website easily. The whole conversation was very pleasant and courteous and certainly rated my 5* review

He was polite and helpful. It is obvious that there is a story regarding the departure of Nick Black for Money Map, and I don't believe he would just disappear without notifying his subscribers, but your rep. did a good job of sticking to the "company line" and stating steadfastly that the service we were given in exchange, without choice mind you, is better anyway. He did his best in a bad situation.

I was a Lifetime member of their Digital Heavyweights program with Nick Black. When they disbanded the DH's, they tried to pull a bait and switch when Nick Black left and I asked for a refund. My refund was supposedly based on 1 year when I had paid extra for the Lifetime subscription. Others members received bigger refunds even though we signed up at the same time. The entire process was a scam. Save your money and stay as far away as possible from them, you'll be better off in the end.
