Scam no real contact. When you do the person you talk to can't speak English. There scratch off is made to destroy the numbers. Web site is a joke and can't make a account. Two days into this and the 20 number support number they give is fake use a visa heck send cash overnight avoid this company

Don't buy the money pak card to transfer to a debit card . Just don't. After 5 failed attempts due to no fault of my own ( glitch so they say ). Now exceed my attempt to do what I was attempting to do. Zero customer service or support. They don't exist. Try another way . This is a ridiculous ghost scam

OK had my taxes done thru taxslayer and they sent me a green dot bank card. Everything was fine until I got my taxes deposited into the account. I used over 1700 dollars of my account and no problems. Then I go to get gas one day and find out my account has been frozen so I call them and they wanted me to send them the wrong and back pictures off my ID card So I did that and then they proceeded to try to tell me that my state identification card is a fraud so they completely logged out my account and told me that it would be at least 60 days before they could cut me a check for what the remaining balance of $588 is in the. Account so if you've ever had to deal with green dot and you know what I'm going through? Welcome to the club. Do not buy money pak card. It is a scam. You can’t get in touch with anyone because it is a scam. I sure hope that they get investigated and prosecuted to the fullest. Stealing from people. Beware

I'd put 0stars for effort. Greendot, moneypak and my wisely debt card companies are foreigners that don't understand good explanations. I have called them every day trying to get my money posted to my accounts debt card and nothing happened I'm tired of repeating myself over and over and over to many different agents from all three companies. Getting put on hold, getting switched over to another agent. Sugei Aguilar a supervisor for Wisely is one that I thought could really help me, she didn't understand the sales receipt and thought I used my wisely debt card to purchase the moneypak she kept insisting that I did. I explained to her that on the receipt the 4 last numbers are the moneypak card numbers and not my debit card. I was already agitated and hung up after trying to explain to her more than 5x about the numbers of the moneypak and my debit card don't match. Il just take the $229 loss

I was scammed with Moneypak/Green Dot and they said they would refund part of my money. They never sent me a refund and there is no way to contact a live person. This company is a scam artist!!!

I bought the mp card to load onto my debit card, i bought it, signed up registered it on their site with my name , address, sssn & dl. 30 min later I get an email saying funds take 30 min. another 30 min later I get an email telling me upload my DL, I do, another 30 min later MP emails me telling me they cannot verify me, I must click a link and request a refund. I click it, it says bad URL because they closed the login in account. I send all my proof & DL to them as they requested through usps with tracker & insurance. they called 3 times after I filed a complaint with BBB but when I answer they say nothing and caller ID says green dot, you call and get passed through a prompt , no one answers. Yesterday SHetnum a foreigner calls everytime I speak she acts like she cannopt hear me, She asked why I filed a complaint, I said because your company is comitting fraud and you wont refund my money, she asked me for my back card #, I said no, she asked me for my phone number to look up my info I said you have it you called me on the number. I said I need you to process my refund, she says go to MP.com then hangs up. This is horrible. I tried emailing a complaint on their site I hit submit and got URL error again

You can make it out of here with what you want. Greendot, if it's the heart of America you are looking to win, then consider the policy. CSAT customer satisfaction scores that collaborate the policy with the needs mindful of the understanding of those abstract physiological needs in the consistency of characters at the individual, team, group inputs / outputs. For example identify the definitions of the call, questions, requests, demands ect. Listen to the customer and let them coordinate the service. After all you are providing the service to them, set the customer service to Greendot human resources department to the semph's point in time count performance metrics. Make sense?

My name is Boyet Casanova I wrote a review last month regarding the defective card I bought in Safeway on march 8 2023 still never gave me my money back I just can’t understand I sent them the receipt the defective card and it’s almost 4 months now and they’re still investigating only for 50.00 what kind of customer service working over there.

A week straight I can’t get my money! Website would not work, can’t reach a live person, my money is just sitting there doing nothing. Thinking about contacting an attorney.

This company was one of the worst that I ever dealt with. They had rude, inept, uncaring service. Their phone helpline was overseas and all but useless for solving a problem. The corporation listed no phone number on their corporate page even though it is in Pasadena, Ca. They had absolutely no concern for a serious problem that I had with them. I called the California Attorney General's office in Los Angeles and they said that they had complaints about them before. All in all, a horrible experience, and I saw numerous complaints about them on Trust Pilot later, many from people who had even worse problems than I did with them.

I bought a moneyPak at Safeway and was defective missing some PIN numbers.there isn’t a live person I can talk to I filled the form upload all info but no one get back to me it’s been 2 days it’s so frustrated big company not even customer service can talk talking to the machine and kept saying go to website

I was about to be scammed by what I thought was the police. I was convinced that it was the police. I was asked to purchase 3 $500 Moneypak cards, so I did. While traveling to the police department to make the payment, I was asked to give up the numbers on the back of the cards.
That made me realize I was scammed. I almost fell out of my chair, I'm always careful of scammers. I was an idiot for believing this jerk on the phone. I hung up and began the task of trying to get the money back.
This proves to be the worst problem than the phone scam. I've tried for two days to sign up for an account with Moneypak (moneyscampak) with only the message from the site "We didn't send you the message. Try again later".
No one will touch any Moneypak for any reason. There is a bank that is listed on Moneypak that will convert the card to a debit card. NO! They don't want it and won't touch anything from MONEYPAK!
I'm screwed. Do not purchase anything from this scammer company.

They never loaded the money on the pak for me to use. As soon as I went to register and put the money on my card they said request a refund. I'm literally out of money because of them and have to wait for my refund. A live agent would be able to handle the situation much faster. Idk why they act like a bank when they are not

I need a live agent website has been giving a 404 file directory error for 2 days can't verify identity can't send help form. They messed with the wrong one daughter works for State DA!!!

#1 go to resource for scammers. Zero customer service. Will not help you if you get scammed using their product. Should not buy ever.
