I’ve had multiple instances where what looked like great deals have turned out to be fake (or “administrative errors”. I don’t trust Moneyshake’s quality control procedures!

The deal as advertised wasn’t available due to ‘technical error’

Wrong figures on a deal for Porsche Cayenne - and even worse link to phone number disabled. If you make a mistake just call it rather than say it was a technical issue….

Advertised a car at the wrong payment, really poor and unprofessional.

Reply from Moneyshake
Quote sent and received was a technical issue and unable to be used when speaking to broker.

Advertise a vehicle at a certain price and email advertised as a ‘special offer’. Then contacted myself to say it was an error and withdrew the quote.

Submitted interest in lease car but no one got back to me

'Technical issues' cited for giving misleading prices. Not likely an oversight, more like a dodgy company.

Ask specific period mileage etc for quote but one received does not confirm mileage or period of hire .

Wrong quote for the car that I asked for, not good. The quote that I asked for in the information box was very clear, premium level of equipment and 4x4 Hybrid, the quote was nothing of the sort.
