I ask Moneytoring Spain to cancel my Movistar contract. The assured me my cancellation has been sucsesfully delivred but there is no cancellation but Movistar still charges me fees. Writing to Moneytoring seems to end in "lot of questions via our customer service. We are unable to answer them within the desired response time" so im asking myself is this just an other fake i paid for.
