scam?

I made a deposit, it never got there. I emailed their support, tried to chat, no answers at all.

Deposit lost

I have sent a deposit to the Bitcoin address provided on their website. The transaction was completed. I was told by someone on the chat in their website, don’t worry it might be an API Bitcoin glitch. Since then haven’t heard anything, no one is answering my questions. No one is answering on the chat.
