Very pleased with the customer service and product
Was looking for a gift to get my friend for her birthday and I came across this gorgeous LED lamp with a qr code from Monisha London. Never used the website before but the reviews were positive and genuine so I decided to go for it and purchased the lamp.
So happy I did because we got exactly what we paid for and my friend really loved it. The customer service and communication was also on point throughout. After buying the lamp, I realised I sent in the wrong qr code address and the team was quick to respond and reassured me that I could make the changes before they finished producing it. The team also called me about troubles they were facing concerning delivering abroad which let me know what was going on. The interactions were overall friendly and kind, I felt well supported and that my needs were listened to, so I am overall very happy with my experience here, and would purchase from here again.

Excellent quality
The card was beautiful, my daughter loved it. It was well made, good quality and exactly as expected. Customer Service was excellent.
