Horrible horrible experience. Gift did not arrive as stated and assured by representative. 2 gifts ordered in November are somewhere in FL. If the company was honest they would of told me that the items wouldn’t arrive in time and my son would of had a different gift, but they chose to tell me the items would arrive on the 24th. On top of it the gave me a $10 refund which doesn’t even cover the shipping. Who is running this Monke business?

Shipping is horrible.
They lied to me when I contacted them.
I ordered 2 item in Nov 29th. Their website says items ordered before Dec 4th will make it before Christmas. My item finally "shipped" Dec 13th. Today is Dec 20th and USPS still hasn't received the package. 2 over priced Presents won't be here for Christmas.
At the time of ordering the 2 items the website said they would ship in 2 to 3 business days.

Customer support emailed that when the items do finally ship that they would be delivered in 2 to 3 business days.

They obviously waited 2 weeks to ship, not 2 days. And they didn't actually ship the products, Monke just created a shipping label.

This is my 4th order from Monkey. This is my last order from Monkey. My son will be getting other brand clothes from now on.
