I hired Oliver at Monkey's Paw to do some sales training with our sales team. He did a thorough briefing beforehand to understand us and what we required from the training. Monkey's Paw then delivered a course based around that investigation and everyone who attended had nothing but praise, fun but professional, engaging and informative.

I would highly recommend

I was a bit nervous when told we, as a team, were doing Sales training. The nerves soon evaporated when we met Oliver - friendly, engaging, authentic, patient, empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable. Oliver's research before the course was much appreciated, reaching out to different members of the team to get a feel for what each of us might need support on. He sent agendas ahead of sessions and round ups at the end of each one, to keep us on track. He also did regular check ins to ensure we were comfortable with what we were learning and to check if there was anything else we needed to cover - the course was truly tailored to us as a team. I have learned so much in the sessions and am so grateful to Oliver for giving me the tools and confidence to do a better job - most importantly though, we've had a lot of fun along the way! Would recommend Oliver in a heartbeat.
