The order of the dishonest Monkii postal scam
I ordered one of these and paid a good amount on postage, as asked for by the Monkii on site.
However, the item did not arrive and I have found out it's is being held and an extra charge needs to be paid by me to receive it!
Outrageous, because they have pulled this trick on other people in the UK at least, before. At no point of purchase on their site do they mention that additional charges will be incurred on delivery. They are not transparent about this on your site and at no point address or raise this issue, even though you are obviously well aware of it.
What could you do? Well, charge more for the item, include the extra hidden fees, that they are well aware of, then the customer has ‘choice’ to accept or not.
Let's see how their customer services behave on this as I will not pay their extra delivery charge and I want a refund or they can sort out a full delivery. I have not yet received my item.
