Worst quality shoes selling on monkstory.com they are making fool of customers . Shoes are not same as showing on their website.

Worst experience for monkstory shoes were not fit and worst quality. Not refunding the amount if shoes not fit.. Guys never buy shoes from this site.. They are selling wrong size shoes on their website.

l got a loafers worth Rs. 2590. I wore it and found to be big. I returned it and asked for exchange for size 9.
Now the brand is saying you used it and cannot be refunded. I said give me 9 in exchange. They said they cannot do that.
Now they are charging 300rs to ship back my same product!

On monkstory.com shoes that we have ordered the quantity is not good and the amount is non refundable.. They have posted very nice product pictures but the quality you won't get same as they showing in high resolution pictures.

Bad quality
Bought 2 t shirt. But coz of bad quality had to return it and guess what ?
No refund. The refund that they offer is store credit only.

Brought a classic penny loafer from them. Ive been struggling to find a good quality vegan( not over expensive bs at zara) so i went with monkstory and I must say. Its THE most comfy vegan formal ive wore. The delivery needs to be faster othwer is a green flag for me.

I wouldn’t recommend buying these shoes. The overall craftsmanship is very disappointing — the stitching feels weak and uneven, and the way the shoes are finished makes them look cheap. The material they’ve used isn’t at all comfortable; it feels stiff, low quality, and doesn’t give the impression that it will last long with regular wear. For the price, the quality and durability are simply not worth it.

On top of that, my experience with their customer service was equally frustrating. When I tried to exchange the shoes, they refused, giving excuses about the missing tag. Their policy seems very rigid, and instead of offering a helpful solution, they just kept repeating that without the tag, there’s nothing they can do. For a product that already fell short on quality, this kind of attitude makes the experience even worse.

Ordered the sneakers online.the quality was good.the only issue I faced was size.i ordered the wrong size but I got it exchanged with the and got my actual size.must say they have a hassle free exchange process.

I brought shoes from Monkstory for my brother and the quality is amazing, they have quite a lot of variety to choose from. Overall good experience, will definitely recommend others.
