Bad experience, avoid this fins shop
Not a good experience.
I ordered a couple of fins for freediving training.
I followed their instructions, i.e. I measured my foot (270 mm) and selected the fin size accordingly (265-275 mm - EU 43-44). I placed the order number MFS-7011 on 9 October 2022. The fins arrived few days later, the packaging was very poor (a simple thin plastic film, no box or protection for the fins).
The main problem was that when I tried to fit the fins I found the footpocket size was too small, and the tip of my feet pushed in the pocket.
I immediately wrote to the email address indicated for the support, but, despite the indication on the web site of a 24h/7 days support, I did not receive any answer for several days. I repeated my support request several times and finally I received an answer from a personal email address; however not a great support was given to me: they explained me that by default they make the size 20 mm shorter, because the straps stretch. I pointed out that however my 270 mm foot does not fit into the 250 mm pocket, but did not receive any answer, except repeating that this is their standard procedure.
I hence asked for a substitution with a larger size, but never received any answer.
Bad experience, I suggest everyone to search the products on a different shop.
