I love this product. Will make a very nice gift.

I did not receive my full order and have sent 2 emails asking for explanation. No reply.

It was a gift and the person got impressed and happy.

I ordered a small collage blanket and i even viewed the PDF photo of it before ordering and it came to me and looked horrible kids cut out of pictures. Heads cut off pictures. It turned out awful even after it was remade a second time and still was not right.

I ordered a travel alarm clock which arrived in a reasonable time. The clock is quite attractive although a bit heavy, but it doesn't work. There were no instructions nor packing slip in the mailing package. I am returning it.

Order was taking forever to be made (over 3 weeks) but custom service was great about helping to get it shipped as quickly as possible and changing the shipping address to ensure I had it for the date I needed it for. Quality of product met expectations. Highly recommend ordering much earlier than you think you need them.

Kind replies to my questions, however, product never arrived. Understandably due to issues with their machines, however, I am just bummed that i waited a month to reach out and found that my product is never going to arrive :(

The pillows are adorable! Very well produced and they came very quickly!!!

Not what I expected, they were very thin and flimsy which made it difficult to hold anything. I also chose a design with three initials and normally, the last name initial would go in the center, however this was done incorrectly. The monogram had the middle name initial centered and larger, list looks odd. Would not order again or recommend.

I ordered a mask it is not what the picture shows.
There is not a dog nose that looks like the picture it's just a flat black nose . I had one like that already and wanted the one like it showed in picture .

I was told the tote bag I ordered was outv9f stock the one that was sent to me looked similar but was not canvas like ordered it was small and plastic .I should not have been able to order the bag in the first place of it was out of stock .it took a month for me to get it and wasn't even what I ordered

The items looked better online than in person. The mat was small. The bag had a faded look. If I had seen these items in a store I would not have bought them. Overpriced

Disappointing
Although the measurements are clearly stated the pictures are incredibly deceiving. They are likely on doll furniture.
Cute but sadly not worth it.

I order from them every year. I have never had an issue. If they tell you it’ll be delivered on a particular day, it is. The products are exactly as you see in the pictures, and the monogramming is awesome

Photograph pillows and photograph blankets are what I decided to do for everybody for their Christmas gifts this year. I have one more order to make but everything I have ordered this far has been absolutely perfect! I do recommend monogram online.

Super easy ordering and quick turn-around time/delivery. I ordered a gift that was absolutely perfect and well-received.

I bought two pair of socks with photos. One was not cut properly. One sock longer than the other. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back from the company to either replace my socks or refund me for one pair.
