What went wrong with my order???? EVERYTHING! Worst of all their customer service “person”. Need I spell his name?My assumption is this is a one man show! So argumentative and frankly rude. If a customer isn’t happy, aren’t you supposed to make them happy? Cost of doing business? Not this company! I NEVER dealt with this kind of customer service. I ordered 10 beach towels, cheap quality but hey, I didn’t get my hands on them to assess the quality so I took the chance . The printing is another story.It was not legible on several towels and I just wanted it rectified.No such luck. BE WARNED this online shopping experience was like none other.

I love the product. There was an issue at first with receiving the product but once corrected I received the medic alert bracelet. It is gorgeous and was worth the wait. Your customer service is great.

I ordered an alert bracelet for illness I have. The bracelet ordered west incorrectly measured by me. I sent an email requesting the send me the 8.5 bracelet chain to replace the 7.5 on the existing bracelet.

Customer service advised that my order consisted of the bracelet with the 7.5 as I ordered and that it was delivered on xxl date. Nothing else they can help me with.

Really nice and understanding company. NOT. Be careful ordering from these guys and make sure you measure your wrist prior to ordering.
This 68 year old military veteran will have discard the bracelet ordered and try to find another seller for this bracelet.

Just got another email from this seller telling me to measure the bracelet with a ruler and to measure around my wrist. Of course take pics. Fk that. I ordered a new one from Amazon and discarded the one I ordered from this company.

The medical bracelet for my husband was perfect. Room for several medical issues and emergency contact. We feel a lot safer now knowing that he has that extra bit of insurance in an emergency.

I never received the pillow case I purchased.

This bracelet is a great idea. You never know if an emergency were to happen and the medical community would not know of your problem. I have been very happy with the bracelet.

The item I received is missing 3 letters. I bought it as a gift, but since a few words are misspelled due to the missing letters I am unable to give it to the person I purchased this for.
