Ordering the customized pillow was really easy, it was shipped very quickly, and the price was really good too. The quality of the image on the pillow is really nice and clear too. I would definitely order another one again.

These pillowcases are the best. Extremely comfortable and made to last! About three years ago I ordered 5. 1 for each of my daughters, 1 for my niece, 1 for my nephew, and one for my sister. When my sister was staying at a resort hers was stolen! So I ordered her another and she is so delighted. Had it not been stolen I would not have had to buy a new one, because even after 3 years of use and many washes it never faded or lost its comfort! I will continue to buy things from this site because they are made to last.

I was SO disappointed in the phone holder. It’s very weak and extremely cheap. It doesn’t hold a normal iPhone 13 . The phone is to heavy for it because it’s so thin, and extremely cheaply made. Sadly it was a gift and I had no control over her receiving it. I was very embarrassed and angry that she was not at all impressed. I paid after shipping close to $25.00 I will never purchase from you again.

The monogramming was wrong and I didn’t send a picture of the error in time and now I have an item that can’t be used and money wasted. It was delivered on 10/24/2022. I would like to be able to send it back because I my need money. I believe that there should be exceptions in certain situations, but I can’t close out with me consenting to your policy, which I don’t believe allow for certain situations.

The company got this back to me very quickly. The product was as described and my kids were very glad to have a pillow with their pet on it. Thank you

I bought 2 pillows about 4 years ago and the whole family loved them. One of them got lost and the kids were so sad. I bought 3 more. We love having our pets enshrined like this.
