Been a member for years, all of a sudden I can’t log in it says my account has been closed. They say under section 7.1 which just says they can close an account if you breach a condition, which I get BUT they will not tell me what I have supposedly breached! Disgusting I’m entitled to know what I have done wrong when as far as I know and as far as any of them can tell me iv done nothing wrong!

Tried to withdraw after depositing and playing my account was banned and I was told to send through verification. The verification process is crazy and requires you to stand outside your house with the date , hold your i.d while holding the date ,bank statements and bank card images need to be sent . HOWEVER after doing all of this in an effort to get my money back they just asked for all the verification again. When I had asked why this happened there was no response from them and theyve stopped replying to all my emails. Don't use this site .
