The monogramming has already come off the item.

Last purchase was in december and we got this email now? 6 months later? We ended up returning what we bought about 3 days later because it was poor quality and broke before we could gift it.

Parcel came well wrapped to withstand the delivery process. Delivery was quick as well.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The convenience of a store at Doncaster ( or maybe eastland one day?) was appreciated and made it an easy choice as this was my second purchase from this outlet.
I buy Mon purse monogramed purses and satchels as a preferred option for special or office gifts.

Love my Mon Purse wallet. Arrived exactly as expected and has room for everything. Felt nervous about ordering something custom but it was perfect on arrival. And the leather is so buttery soft. Could not be happier

I was a dedicated consumer of Mon Purse and recommended them to a lot of friends. I had a horrible experience during COVID. Poor communication. I understand that orders would be delayed and just wanted communication from them. At one point they asked me to contact Australian Post myself, and I did, but did not have the answers they needed about the shipment. More importantly, Mon Purse turned of comments on IG post. Why? Afraid of negative comments? That was the only way we could get them to respond. So forget it, unfollowed and will not buy anymore.

I love the Monpurse range of products and colours. Simple yet stylish!

First and last time I ever buy from this business. There is something seriously wrong with your customer service.

I love Mon purse products and were sad to see them leave Perth, WA. The online service is fabulous, even if I was initially a little sceptical because the price was in US dollar and it was the Australia site. 🤔
Needn’t have worried my bag arrived in good time, good order very well package. Very happy 😊

Waited over 3 months for my last product and had tried contacting them via email and phone for those 3 months and had anyone get back to me...

Didn’t got my order never has been sent and customer service was not able to refund me or resend it ! Very disappointed .
