Yes I was a fool for not doing as I should have done, by reading the reviews of this absolute scamming company.
They advertise a 90 day money back guarantee with no quibble
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THAT STATEMENT IS!!
After 3 days I could not get the product to work at all so I contacted this company to say I wanted to start the process of returning this product.
After a week no reply so I chased again only to be told it would be a lot of hassle to me to return it and they would offer me 10% refund and keep it
Why would I want to keep hold of a product that doesn’t work where I have spent my hard earned cash to purchase.
I refused the offer and requested a return label to send back
Again no response
Again another two chase emails and they came back with a Chinese address and they stated this will all be at my costs.
Why could I not sent it back to the UK address they have on their website
Please people do not get caught like I did as this is an absolute Scam Company with no customer service.
WHY DO FACEBOOK ALLOW SCAM COMPANIES LIKE THIS TO ADVERTISE ON THEIR PLATFOM
FACEBOOK PLEASE LOOK AT THIS COMPANIES REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE PROBABLY PURCHASED WHILE USING YOUR PLATFORM AND REMOVE THEM

Keep your money or this company will take it

I ordered a smart wifi window camera on about the20thFebruary and it arrived march8th it was Faulty "Did not power up".I Emailed Monremi on the 9th: 17th 23rd 25th requestin a replacement camera also sending a video of the camera not working and on28th March andApril 1stI emailed requesting a refund and a return address for the camera each time message said reply within 24/48 hours my emails are now being ignored, This company seem to be SCAMMERS!

This company should be investigated

This company should be investigated. I paid £49.90 for a camera, when it arrived it had a crack in the screen. Was told could return it to China at my own cost - £22. If not could give me a refund of £10. After 5 weeks, no replacement item, no refund. Do not reply to e-mails. Obviously a company who has no compunction in robbing people, selling shoddy goods.

I have had blinks for ages first bought…

I have had blinks for ages first bought in 2020 these are good cameras but i wanted a non subscription and one that uses battery only, i ordered two of theses Monremi around first week in March, they did not tell me they would arrive nearly four weeks later, 2 days after i ordered i canceled the order they told me it had already been sent when i checked the status via tracking it was still in the warehouse.
The product came nearly 4 weeks after I liaised with so called customer service who said dont send it back and they would give me 10% of what i pay for the Camera they also told me they will not refund return postal costs.

This product is based in the UK but the orders come directly from China? So zero customer service, as a paying customer service this is unacceptable.

Even the address to send the item back is in some village in China that took ages to find the exact postal location i dont EVER want anything to do with this company.
No doubt I will be waiting forever for my refund.
I am happy now paying an extra prescription on my Blinks camera.

I made the mistake of ordering two…

I made the mistake of ordering two cameras from this inept company back in December. When I decided I didn't want them and asked for a refund thats where all the problems started. After numerous attempts asking for a return address to get a refund I was finally given an addres in China to return the cameras. They said this would have to be done at my own expense which is ridiculous.
I was offered a partial refund but I refused. I found a London address for Monremi in London and I sent the cameras to them. It was rejected and the cameras have come back to me. All attemps to engage in a reasonable conversation about a refund have failed and now my last half dozen emails have been ignored.
This is a shockingly inept horrible and useless company. Don't even think of doing any business with them.

Please do not ever and ever buy these products. It is a scam. Setting camera up is so difficult because the directions are not clear and the bar code do not scan. Then, if you ask for refund, you will see hell because they ask you to keep the products and refund you 10%. If you refuse, they send you an address that is not in this world to return the items, expenses on you. Then, they stop responding.

Don’t Buy From This Company

I purchased the SafeView Window Camera on Friday but within an hour I cancelled this order after seeing very poor reviews also how difficult it was to receiving a refund.

Two days later after I cancelled the order I received a notification that the order was being despatched for shipment. They clearly ignored my request to cancel even within an hour of making the purchase.

I should have known better not to buy anything from these sorts of companies. But now I will have to wait for the delivery then send it back to get my refund.

If you want to save yourself a lot of hassle and inconvenience don’t buy from this company.

I bought the camera’s from the Don’t buy from Monremi

I bought the camera’s from the company via Facebook and when they arrived, I noticed that the width was to thick for my windows as I have wooden blinds, so I wrote to the company the same day I received them for China. After a week or so writing to there support team, they supplied me with the return address to which I did. This was on the 16 Jan26.

According to the Royal Mail worldwide, the were received in China a couple of weeks later. Since then I have written to the company nearly every day asking for my refund, but I receive an email only with my first name and nothing else.

It has been over two months now constantly asking for my refund, but still waiting. I would urge anyone not to send there cameras back as there support team are useless and it seems I’ll never get my refund.

The company are bombarding Facebook with fake videos to get people to buy from them and I have reported it to Facebook to this also.

Do not order from this company my partner ordered cameras cancelled next day said he would have to wait for cameras to arrive then he would have to return to get a refund once he showed a receipt he waited ages for cameras to arrive guess where from China and then he paid £20 to return them showed his receipt and after email and email countless times still no refund absolutely a scam so be aware they are not honest at all !!!!!!

AVOID and do not buy from this company. It takes 3 weeks for the cameras to arrive. Cameras don't do what you want them to do and when you try and return these through the 90 days return policy they don't get back to you and when they eventually do, they try to offer 10% refund of the price you paid. SCAMERS and FRAUDS. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Best to give it a miss.

My experiences regarding supply deficiencies, TF card (non) performance, and all communications reflect exactly those of other reviewers. Monremi's Customer Couldn't Care Less service?....APPALLING. Wading through brown mud springs to mind. The cameras do have good colour night time imaging but are prone to generating imaginary detections and annoyingly, to missing real detections. Put aside some time to fathom the software, which , apparently, has needed updating several times over the first month. I am concerned about possible malware downloads although so far there is no evidence and Popup blockers seem largely to counter the incessant pressure to buy both the cloud service and the advertisements reported by others.

Bought 2cameras from this company would record then nothing would not play back until I formatted the card on both cameras yet there was still over 80% left on the cards contacted them contacted them online said it’s probably the sd card I had a spare sd card of my own so tried that and it’s working fine emailed customer services and explained saying about so cards told me to do this and that which I told them already had done and still not got back to me bought a new sd card for my other camera and that works ok So obviously the sd cards are a complete waste of time after struggling for over a month I would never deal with these again complete rip off
