I had a horrible experience with this company. The flowers I had delivered were already dying. I send them pictures. they offered money off on my next order. They then offered to replace them. I said no I just wanted a refund.

Now 3 months later that refund has been refused.

Never buy from this place. Their customer service is terrible. There web site looks all fancy but the flowers you get won’t look anywhere near as the ones on there site.

The flowers cost £53.99 with tracking. I would value the small bunch sent as worth about £25 at most. I arrived at this estimate in comparison to a similar size M&S bouquet.
The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. I paid for tracking but it was not tracked. The flowers arrived and were past their sell by date.
Received on the 03.08.23 and dead by 05.08.23.
Customer services offered £20 refund not even half.
I am a pensioner and this was a gift for our daughter's wedding anniversary.
I tried Monsoon flowers as the website looks very professional NEVER AGAIN.
I would recommend and stick with Serenata or M&S.
