We can confirm that your order was shipped on February 10th, which was seven business days after it entered production. This is within the delivery timeframe we communicate on our website.
We regret that you didn’t reach out to us before posting your review, as we are always happy to help with any concerns.
After investigating the issue, we can see that the delivery has been delayed due to an incomplete address provided to us which we have then provided to the shipping company. Additionally, we sent you automatic emails with tracking information on both February 10th and February 14th to keep you updated.
We recommend contacting the shipping company directly to resolve the address issue. If you need assistance with this or have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to call or email us.
We hope you will consider removing or redirecting this review to the shipping company, as we have fulfilled our part of the delivery process within the agreed timeframe.
