Very disappointed in the freshness and quality of the fruit and veg. Quick delivery

I have used them several times and usually they are good. Unfortunately on this occasion the fruit let them down. I had to throw away a whole punnet of strawberries as they had gone bad. Also the blueberries and kiwi fruit had to be used quickly as they were very ripe too. One pepper had a bad bit on it that needed to be cut out before it spread. The order also took longer than normal to be delivered. The other produce was good though.

Arrived within 3 working days - products nice and fresh. I’m disappointed at the new minimum spend for free delivery, though - I nearly knocked a star off!
Will not be ordering as regularly as I would like.

Excellent produce, delivered within the stated time frame - no problems

I don’t know what happened with this order but it arrived in a sorry state. The meat, chicken and black pudding, went straight into the waste bin, they were rancid. Much of the fruit was going mouldy and had to be put on my compost heap. I have had excellent service previously from this company and I can only think that the parcel was too long in transit.

Good selection but the strawberries were completely, and tomatoes slightly, rotten.

Third box I have bought as a birthday gift for family as I now live in Germany and they are rapid with their deliveries and very friendly service. I will continue to buy veg and meat boxes in the future. Thank you for such a great service!! X

Lovely produce, it's a treat to open the box! Monsterbox are super people to deal with, website is user friendly and service/delivery efficient.

First time i had ordered mixed monsterbox was a bit sceptical as to quality for only £35 to say i was delighted would be an under statement everything was top quality and meat was top class only thing i didnt like was the white bread but still used it and courier was very cheery and kept to social guidelines

Lovely fresh top quality produce, great customer service, any minor issues have been rectified quickly and courteously! Sorry to hear that Monsterbox will only be delivering locally as of September but totally understand the reasoning. Good luck guys!
