Good products and value. Refunds are another story, 3 items which didn't leave warehouse, requested refund, still waiting 7 days for this to even be processed at there office. Nothing wrong with products, cost or delivery. Definitely good quality products

I’m a small business owner and I know the damage one bad review can do to a company. So although I’ve left a review on another platform, I’ll leave one here because if a company does you a good turn, what one more review 😊
Called CS as I was a bit in a huff not being able to find a brass waste to fit my Belfast sink. The manufacturer told me I’d have to have one custom made. However, after trying many companies (to which many didn’t even have a phone number, couldn’t assist or don’t know) I spoke to Duncan. Duncan took my measurements, my waffle and requirements and asked to leave it with him. Less than 5 minutes later I had a returned call with what I was looking for. Gave me the product code and that was that. Less than 24 hours later, it’s on my doorstep, checked and it fitted like a dream. Exceptionally happy. Great service - next year I’ll be doing my bathroom, I’ll know where to be going then!

Monster Plumb are amazing the delivery is amazing. The customer service is amazing. I relied on them when all other suppliers failed me and they came through on time and it meant the customer got their job done. I can’t thank them enough. They really are the dogs nuts.

Had a last-minute job and needed fittings urgently. MonsterPlumb not only had exactly what I needed, but they got it to me next day. Lifesavers. Quality was spot on and everything fit perfectly. Not the first time I've used them, and certainly won't be the last.

Not many reviews so thought I'd leave one. Bought on credit card to keep me safe in case they weren't trust worthy as another review implied (unfounded, people make mistakes) Only ordered two rads for now to get the free delivery, but really happy with the price and delivery time. Didn't have to deal with customer support so can't comment on that part of their business. Will be using them again.

Realy good price on radiater arrive when stated and only place i could get this unusally small round top delivered by a very friendly driver

I ordered £136. worth of materials from MonsterPlumb, which never arrived. I received a smug email explaining they wouldn't fulfil my order because I gave them a bad review in the past. You couldn't make MonsterPlumb up ... The bad review was regarding sending cheap brass endfeed females instead of the branded copper ones I had ordered.,,,,,,,,, but it's all my fault and because I dared to refuse one of their little scams, they won't serve me now ..... boo hoo, boo hoo.

My first order with MonsterPlumb. I found their prices were very competitive and the customer service and communication from them excellent. Will definitely use them again in the future.

It’s a brilliant service, receive the materials on time and if I ever have a problem they solve it really quickly, customer service is very good. I would highly recomend.
