Suddenly needed a scooter part

Good customer service, but tire didn’t fit.
Customer service was good when I *called* to change my online order after a mix-up on my end.
Reviews said the tire was great on their vintage Schwinn bike, I couldn’t get the tire on the wheel at all. Guess that’s why they are discontinued?
