The Location The Recording Studio is located in Newark, Nottinghamshire NG23 5PX. It’s quiet, rural, location is perfect for relaxed, intimate music making. The facilities including shops, caffe’s, restaurants and vibrant town centre are 5 min away. The closest train station is Newark North Gate and it is an hour and 15 min away from London’s King’s Cross. The Studio The Studio is equipped with modern, state of the art technology which incorporates a combination of the old school analog style equipment with the impressive 96 channel in/out high resolution hard disk recording. The recording setup is flexible and includes Nuendo, Protools, Logic, Cubase and Digital Performer. The philosophy is not just to keep up with the technology development but also stay on top of it. The software and plugin list is impressive and features the best from Universal Audio, Waves, Native Instruments, etc. As a consequence the facilities are able to offer broadcast quality recording, mixing, mastering, voice overs, sound design, composition for film and TV, music for the media, music and music tech tuition, advice and solutions regardless of the platform. The studio also boasts a massive and versatile sound library/effects, which is able to deal with the most demanding Music, Film & TV projects. We are able to offer mobile recording facility to external location. The studio control room is comfortable and has a nice creative atmosphere and natural light. The live room is equipped with a Pearl Masters drum kit and a good selection of modern and vintage amps, guitars and microphones.
