Brought a watch for Christmas took months to come. When it finally came the watch seemed very fragile and the watch hands were very loose. A month later the watch is losing time, I changed the battery and did nothing. I would not recommend buying a watch from this company.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. This a SCAM website. They are based in China. No sign of the watch I bought, and they have washed their hands of it. Says it’s up to me to contact the carrier. WANBE EXPRESS. No way to contact a human. But from reviews I have since read, the watch was probably cheap crap anyway. Money down the drain. They refuse to refund. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS. Website indicates they are based in the Netherlands. They are not. Cheap CHINESE scammers 😡

Today they have shown me a photo of a parcel dumped on ground that is not my property. Still refuse to refund. My responsibility to take it up with Chinese carrier who you cannot contact 🤬🤬🤬

I never got my sunglasses. I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service with o luck what so ever. This company feels like a scam. Where are my sunglasses?

Scam! All their items (absolute garbage) are on sale, and they don't offer refunds for items on sale. I also found out they operate under slightly different brands, the online shop I purchased from in the UK is named: 'lorenzi-montague' (lorenzi-montague.com), and there is another named: 'lorenzi' based in Albania.

I will make sure this review is shared on amazon and anywhere else your scam activities take place.

I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses from Montague in April and never received anything. No updates, no shipping info, and absolutely NO response from customer service despite multiple attempts to contact them. This is not just poor service it’s theft. They took my money and vanished. Do NOT trust this brand. Total scam!!!!

The whole process was easy and uncomplicated. No drama, no stress, like the way I appreciate. I loved the sun glasses, especially the discount! Thank you so much! I wish you all success!

Absolute garbage!!!!
Do not order these. They are the cheapest possible Chinese plastic with awful finishing. Mine looked like they had an actual human hair stuck in the clear coat over the plastic.

UPDATE: the shop has provided me with a valid e-mail address to contact them and they have then provided me with the address to send the sunglasses back. I had to pay 18€ to send them back. The company has asked me to delete my negative review. But only because I could return the sunglasses does not change the fact that the quality of their products is very bad and the price is in no way justified. I still recommend not buying sunglasses here.

The quality of these sunglasses is terrible. They came completely misshaped and are entirely made of cheap plastic. In their refund policy, they name an e-mail address that should be contacted, but when sending an E-mail I only receive an error warning that the mail provider does not find such an address. This is a scam 100%.

These guys are brutal! Placed an order in Nov 27. Said it was shipped on 28th and I could track it. Had to download SHOP app. All they wanted was access to my contacts, track my Google, and track just about everything else on my phone. Absolutely no tracking info on app. It is now Dec 21. Christmas presents aren’t here and no one is replying to emails or phone calls. Almost forgot, my purchase was $20 and I was charged $23 for shipping a 1 lbs tiny item! Do not order from this company!!

I ordered a pair of Texas and they came with a scratch, but I emailed the customer service and they were happy to let me those and send new ones. I was happy with that decision and the quality is quite nice actually
