This company blows Cold Steel and Benchmade outta the water. Perfect blade for a last resort, it arrived quick and no issues upon delivery. Great customer service and wonderful products from MKC. I highly recommend this company for camping, EDC and kitchen cutlery. Thank you MKC

First off these knives do not hold their edges very well for the price point. The knives are assembled in Montana but made elsewhere and shipped in. The owner in a video said they are bringing everything into Montana though. The customer service for an issue I had ordering a knife that disappeared out of my cart while paying for it was also lacking. Spend your money elsewhere.

Allegedly this company was forced to cut costs on building supplies because of newly Tariff / Taxed steel products. The owner of the business supported these Tariff / Taxes until he realized it was going to affect his steel products. Sounds like a simple minded businessman that I wouldn’t want to do business with. I suggest you also avoid this business.

I’m extremely disappointed with MontanaKnifeCompany.com and feel compelled to warn others, especially fellow Veterans and law enforcement personnel. This company is charging outrageously inflated prices—often 500% more than what comparable knives are worth in any reasonable market. It’s hard to see this as anything other than blatant price gouging dressed up in "Made in America" marketing.

As a disabled combat Veteran, I find it appalling that a company would exploit patriotic loyalty and target those who’ve served with such predatory pricing. Many of the knives they sell—while decent in quality—are not worth even a fraction of the asking price when compared to equally or better-performing alternatives available elsewhere.

There’s a fine line between supporting craftsmanship and flat-out ripping people off. Montana Knife Company has crossed that line. If you’re in the military, a first responder, or simply a hard-working American, be aware: your loyalty and service should not make you a target for profiteering.

Shop around. Do your research. There are far better options out there that respect your service and your wallet.
