Extremely disappointing experience with Montce — buyers beware.
Everything went wrong from the start:
• I only received the discount promised for subscribing to their newsletter, after contacting support.
• After purchasing, I couldn’t access my account or view my order status.
• I waited for days with no update—only after I contacted them did they bother to act.
• They sold me an item that was out of stock, took a while for them to figuring out and t fix it.
• The items finnaly got shipped but got stuck with FedEx due to missing or incorrect documentation from Montce. Again, I had to chase them.
• They assured me they’d handle the issue directly with FedEx. That never happened.
• The package was returned to Montce directly from FedEx, and now they’re refusing a full refund—even though they made the mistake.
I followed every step correctly, flagged issues early, and paid for a product I never received. They kept the item and most of my money. At this point, I can only conclude this is a scam.
I didn’t provide wrong information—they did. I paid, I wanted the product, I acted in good faith. They failed repeatedly and penalized me for it.
This is not just bad service—it’s unethical. Shoppers, be warned.
