Delayed but clear
Although the initial delivery was delayed for 3 weeks due to corona, I am very pleased by the clear online organization system Montel has. The delivery went so smoothly and the guys were very nice to explain and asked our feedbacks. The product meets our expectations.

Happy with our couch and Montel's service
We have bought a couch from Montel and we are very happy with their service, right from when we went to their shop, the sales woman who helped us and showed us around and gave us information on different materials and options for a couch we were looking for. Their information on production and delivery was also very well done. They also offered to drop it off home and set it for us. Thank you very much for your service and we are very happy with our sweet couch :)

Not staying true about delivery date and literally no one will respond you
I did ask a couple of times to make sure the delivery date before I place the order. Now, they sent me an email and said there will be a delay. I emailed twice trying to follow up. Now it has been more than a week, still, no one is replying. I called Montel, calls weren't picked up but were hung up in a row of 7 times.

Worst service experience in my life
I have never seen and experienced such incompetent people tha lie in your face not one time but several times. After listening to their ridiculous lies at some point I was fed up and canceled my order. Believe it or not, I am still waiting for my money, they continue with their lies. I can warn everyone, don’t buy at Montel save yourself and don’t go the same bad experience through and save headache. Probably nobody at Montel will care about my review here because they are rude ignorant liars. What a bunch of morons seriously! Never ever again!!!

The pins to tie the two separate sofas…
The pins to tie the two separate sofas together in a 2.5 sitter did not arrive on delivery. Had to wait for several days before it was delivered , hence a less than perfect experience!
