I placed an order three months ago, I have never received it. I have asked for a refund in several locations and I get no answers and of course no refund. Waste of money and time.

A 1 is too high
A 1 is too high. Do not purchase from this company. I placed an order off a Facebook add. Item was never received. No contact phone number provided. All I ever received were automated responses saying the item was shipped with a tracking number. Waisted money and no Christmas present.

TOTAL SCAM!
Total scam. I actually received my item, six weeks after ordering, but it was defective-the car doesn’t work-making the whole thing useless. I filed a claim with PayPal, and they’ve offered to refund me IF I pay to ship the item back to Italy. It will cost more to ship back than the refund amount, so I’m losing money either way. What a disappointment.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I had come first here before my order. Their 3-5 days delivery is a scam and I have been trying to cancel my order for the past 3 weeks they say I cannot cancel it because my order is being sent but they still cannot share a tracking number. Sadly I will have to assume my money is lost as none of my 10 emails have been answered by an adept customer service.
