Don't know why so many people are complaining, delivery took 12 days from ordering, but for a custom piece it was worth the wait. Ordered a Toddlers Personalized Wooden Puzzle, good quality, nice touches, with free engraving on the back. Would definitely recommend.

Very recent purchase of children's microscope as a Christmas gift, which took a few weeks to arrive. Initial disappointment with how small and cheap it looked compared to advertising. Opened on arrival and inserted a battery as required only to find that it was impossible to gain focus on anything put underneath the microscope. Went on to website and found that no number available to phone customer service, instead I would need to complete an online form. Received a email back the following day from a "Charlotte" with further explained instructions and diagram on how to use. These did not work so I emailed back again asking for a refund and an address of where to send to. I received an email back this time two days later telling me that I would have to post back to Sweden and bare the cost of this. Alternatively I could receive 30% back and keep the (non working, entirely useless) item.

Please please do not buy or use this company. I let my guard down and did not research like I should have. It is easily done, but I am disappointed with myself to have done so. If reading this prevents just one person from purchasing from this unethical, fraudulent outfit then I will gain some comfort from that.

Item arrived in plastic envelope/bag, box inside which holds items was all damaged and bent, set inside the box should have been in a bag but that was ripped and items just in the box.This is a gift and I would be too embarrassed to give it. I emailed them and 2 days later got a response from Charlotte telling me it’s due to the weather! No accountability taken at all and signed off the email thanking me for my understanding and trust. To clarify there is no understanding or trust on my part, I responded to make this clear but no response. I have since emailed again following this up.

Scam do not buy from them.

They also provide a tracking number, which you have to pay £1 for, with your card of course, after one month this turns into £27 pm

Thier own website reviews are a scam too, you cannot leave your own review on thier manufactured reviews

This company is an absolute scam. In the midst of trying to get presents for loads of nieces and nephews etc I let my guard down and purchased a wooden name puzzle that looked like it would be high quality and a real keepsake but from a company who looked the real deal but who I had never heard of before and wasn’t based in the UK. I put this down as part of the online purchasing idiot/scam tax (advertising on google/promoted site etc but no credentials).

Misleading website. The items took over two weeks to arrive despite on their website saying deliveries are usually within 7 business days. Drop shipping used and shipped from China.

Product never arrived, it was delivered to the wrong address had to chase up with Yodel.

Appears to be a Swedish online store, but the goods are shipped from China. They write "Most orders are shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 7 business days". But it has taken 18 days from order to flight from China, and the goods still have not arrived. On Montessoridoddler's own website the customer rating is 4.9, on Trustpilot the customer rating is 1.7.

Delivery date isa joke. I’m still waiting for my order which was made 15 days ago. The website states that delivery is between 5-10 days.
No answer to my email enquiry.
I’ll never order from this company again.

Having checked the reviews for the toy I bought from this company I ordered two for both of my grandsons. However when they arrived they were nowhere near as good quality as the website makes them look. They are cheap and tacky and certainly not worth the money I spent on them. I have asked for a refund but having read the reviews below am not very hopeful. Shocking that they can advertise such tat as high quality and it would seem also publish fake reviews.

Ordered £63 worth of goods from this site 10 days ago and nothing arrived yet. Tracking info useless. Reading reviews (too late!) realise I have been scammed. Have emailed them to cancel my order and requested a refund. Don't hold out too much hope though!

Ordered items two weeks ago and they aren't even in the UK. The Company presents itself as Swedish but the products come from China. My order has been shipped in separate parts and they are ignoring all my messages and emails asking what has been shipped, as I need one of the items for meeting a friend. Absolutely atrocious service. This appears to be a dropshipping service and they offer no customer service whatsoever. Dreadful. Avoid like the plague!

Oh no I have just ordered from this site yesterday and had a niggle today when the confirmation email came through ?!!!..
So unfair that these companies operate like this with no consequences!
I guess we have to check and double check everything 🙄so £20 lost then

But Charlotte in customer service was amazing...
I have to say the product turned up anyway, and it is lovely! Very good quality, I am very pleased with it !!

Absolute scam. Ordered a toddler reading toy which spelled ‘cot’ ‘fot’. What a load of rubbish. Do Not buy!

Sadly, another fake site. fake tracking number. No response, money lost. BEWARE

Do not buy from this company - it purports to be a quality seller based in Stockholm, but in fact it seems to be based from a warehouse in Wolverhampton. Products were delivered in a black bag and totally crushed. They do not reply to emails and no telephone number given so no way to get a refund .

Avoid this company at all cost - and I’m thankful that the cost to me is only about £25.
The company is drop shipping rubbish from China and it takes about a fortnight to arrive at a minimum. If you want to return it and receive a refund you have to send it to Sweden and that will be for around £10.
have requested the 30% of the price of the item as offered (and I get to keep the tat) but I’m not holding my breath on that. If I get a refund I will edit this review.
I have been scammed for the want of a better description - the lesson is that before pressing the buy button you need to check the reviews first.

Do yourself a favour and order from Temu for a third of the price. This company send the same cheaply made poor quality products from China as Temu and take just as long to come. My order took 16 days and was a total disappointment. Will never use them again

Items are not as nice as they appear online, cheap items from China.
Ordered three of the same item and two came with different packaging and had multiple typos on them.
One of the other items came in damaged packaging, when I asked to return it I was told I had to cover postage, which as it's returning to Sweden is very expensive. I'd understand if I was returning it due to not wanting it, but they asked me to open it to check the items weren't damaged inside so there was no way I could then give it as a gift as intended.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Yet another scam company, when will I learn. I ordered the frame for handprints, it looked very good online. But of course when it arrived it was cheap Chinese rubbish! I complained and said I wanted to return it for a refund and... you guessed it, I had to pay to return it to Sweden or I was offered 30% off if I kept it. I probably would not have got a refund either way. If this has happened to you before then you'll recognise the process. This was advertised on Instagram as was the other company that sold cheap Chinese stuff. I guess the lesson is don't buy anything that is advertised on Instagram. I hope this helps someone.
