Ordered holiday lights and they never showed. Customer service for montivate did nothing. Tracking numbers were bogus. PayPal stepped in and refunded.

Hummingbird feeders were never received despite what this company's shipping tracker showed.
Price charged exceeded what email confirmation showed.
This is a scam. Avoid this seller and be skeptical of Instagram ads.

Wrong lights sent after waiting 6 weeks for delivery.
Ordered LED Smart lights for the house October 16th. Finally received on November 29th, but they were not even close to what I ordered. Every time I email support, I get return email to contact the seller. Montivate IS the seller. I have a feeling I'm out $130 for generic lights because there really is no support.

I checked the reviews before ordering my item after seeing it in an Instagram ad to make sure the company was legit. In early October all the reviews were glowing. Something happened, though because every review since is bad and after over 6 weeks I never received my item. I talked to the chatbot who gave me new tracking information that showed a totally different shipping path and timeline. In the new tracking info it showed that the package arrived in the US the same day I requested help. No doubt a tactic to keep me waiting another few weeks. It’s a shame that Meta doesn’t vet their advertisers more. I’ve found a lot of great things through social media, but this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten scammed and likely won’t be the last.

Well, I got my "sport" dress today. I couldn't believe a medium could be so small. Honestly, I will have to give this to my friend's elementary child if I can't get it sent back. Now I'm trying to return the item, and the site that it's giving me to go to takes you nowhere. This is so disappointing because the item on the site was so cute!
