In the beginning, everything seems fine, only minor problems, after using it for three months suddenly the prices rise to the sky. We cancel the contract and services. Unfortunately, support came up with the idea that he didn't see the letter and didn't respond, even though we even talked on the phone that I would like to cancel. I paid 20Eur for another month for nothing. After that I get the bill again, I angrily told the support that I won't pay for nothing again, well, sorry, it's a mistake (support answer). Finally, now the debt is coming out again from, I think I will ignore sending it, but all I see is that it has already come out almost with the bailiffs, pay faster. I'm writing to support again to explain, even though I haven't been using it for half a year. Absurd company, customer support totally doesn't orientated to customer. And you know the accounting department that does not see that the contract has been terminated. I do not recommend to anyone, avoid this company.
