The driver never showed

The driver never showed. We had to call and pay for an Uber. We demand a full refund.

Great and simple process

Great and simple process. Only received one quote for each of my 2 bookings but holidayed in quite a remote & very non-touristy location so was honestly just happy to get booked. We were also a group of 5 so required a larger vehicle.

Safe, reliable, good, friendly driver.

Safe, good driver, easy to use. Once you have confirmed a job with a driver you get their direct contact details which makes coordinating and changes very easy. A great way to arrange a private taxi in france, especially where it's a bit rural and uber isn't around so much.
